    Description: Five teams of actors, directors and playwrights will write, rehearse and stage five different short plays in 24 hours. Come see the madness that comes from a ridiculously tight deadline!

  • Cancelled Sky Staged Reading

    Jackson Arts Center (H building), 窪做惇蹋厙 Fall River Campus 
    Description: This fundraising event, presented by 窪做惇蹋厙s Holocaust and Genocide Center, will include a staged reading of Dr. Alex Pages The Cancelled Sky, performed in partnership with 窪做惇蹋厙s Theatre Program. The event will shed light on the Holocaust through the imagined experiences of the playwrights family members taking their last train ride to Auschwitz in 1944.

    Description: The daughter of Oedipus fights for her brothers proper burial, despite the decree of her uncle, King Creon. 
     
  • Peter and the Starcatcher 
    April 11 - 13, 2024, at 7 p.m. 
    Jackson Arts Center (H building), 窪做惇蹋厙 Fall River Campus 
    Description: Join 窪做惇蹋厙s Theatre program as they perform the hit Broadway play about the origin of Peter Pan. This family-friendly celebration of imagination and wonder will be a highlight of the theatre season! Peter and the Starcatcher is presented through a special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI.  
     
  • World Premiere of 窪做惇蹋厙 Theatre Programs Original Devised Piece

    May 30 to 31, 2024, at 7 p.m. (And to also be performed later in Edinburgh Scotland, by 窪做惇蹋厙 Theatre Students) 
    窪做惇蹋厙 Studio Theatre (H128), 窪做惇蹋厙 Fall River Campus 
    Description: The culmination of a year of work, this original piece of theatre will be presented at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe after its 窪做惇蹋厙 Fall River premiere. The piece will examine the surprising ways that we are all connected. The production, in collaboration with the 窪做惇蹋厙 Art Gallerys fall installation Because it Matters and various other areas of the college, will be a truly collaborative work of art.


is an Associate in Arts in liberal arts & sciences program that provides hands-on training and experience, allowing students to learn and refine their craft as they perform. Students can smoothly transfer to a four-year institution, or seek work in the performing arts. In addition to teaching history, literature and art, studying theatre also provides interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
